You will have access to the same features I've got on my Dartfish solution ( Play/Pause, Slow motion, Frame per frame, key moment).

I recently published a video reel on Instagram. ( I invite you to follow my account for more analysis).

This summer, I worked with coaches and some fantastic girls on mastering their triple axels. It made me reflect on the critical differences between a double and a triple axel. Elena Kosternaia's triple axel is a prime example—her flight time is 17% longer, and her snap is 18% faster than in her double axel. That extra rotation makes a difference!

The purpose of this side-by-side comparison was to know and understand the difference between a double and a triple axel. I used Alena Kostornaia who had one of the best triple axel in the women's category.

A double axel technique is different from a triple axel jump technique.

Here is the data for her double and triple axel. Basic data to understand how she succeeded in her triple axel (3A) and double axel (2A).
