Competition programs analysis: Before & After
How can you optimize your preparation to perform the best the D-Day?
That's an important question. That's why Perform'Live developped many tools with an new approach: Before and after the competition. Doing a performance analysis combines statistics (data analysis) and visual feedback (video analysis) to enhance performance and improve decision making. As coach or skater, it can happen that we think what we want to see. The coach doesn't have always the time to collect and manage data about training feedback or/and performance. With Perform'Live, you can get an external view, professional and reliable.
Before: progam analysis
When skaters, choreographers and coaches start to prepare the next season with new programs. They almost start from a blank page. Then, start repeating and polishing details. I can analyze and provide data who help the skater to perform (Overall covered distance, average speed... etc) . These data can be used by coaches to design efficiently and adapted trainings but also by the off-ice coach or/and by the mental trainer for example.
Before: competition simulation
Preparation for competition entails simulation creating competition conditions. Are you ready? Which points require improvement? etc...
Competition analysis / Performance
Then there is the post-competition analysis. After filming videos of competition programs, I can make an advanced analysis of the competition. For example, it is possible to tag all technical elements to do performance tracking over multiple programs. As professional coach, I will make suggestions and help establish new goals for the next competition. My main goal is to use high-level technology to help you achieve your skating / teaching goals.
