Visual learners make 65% of the world's population. That means that most skaters learn from seeing themselves perform than from listening to their coach's verbal analysis. It is for this very reason that the video training and video analysis has become an essential tool in educating and improving skater performance.
I use video analysis extensively to develop and improve all technical elements in figure skating, (including - but not limited to- jumps, spins and step sequence). I am happy to work under the supervision of your current coaching staff, or independently as a freelance video analyst.
