This short video shows how I work on the ice with a figure skater. It can be under the supervision of a coach or I can work independently. Each consultation is done within a clearly defined training plan.
Why this blog?
It's a way to offer a point of view from a video coach. Of course, I talk about news and activites of Perform'Live. I show also some advanced video analysis of figure skating ( case study, comparison performance, advanced analysis with Dartfish solution...etc). How can coaches use video analysis to improve trainings and athletes? thought this unique and innovative technological approach, I explain specific coaching technique and present findings.
